I'm a UX Design Specialist, DesignOps practitioner, and amateur triathlete focused on methodologies and how operational discipline and AI elevate product design. I move across visual design, workshop facilitation, research, and product management — with an agile mindset from discovery to delivery.

I see design as an operational system, not just visual execution: architecture, shared context, and business logic. My work centers on building the rails where AI creates real leverage, shifting teams away from superficial UI generation toward Spec-Driven Design, unified context pipelines, and tight integration between design and codebases.

Over the past few years I've led product and design flows across multidisciplinary teams — at Inter and previously at dti digital — scaling design operations from discovery to delivery. Whether developing custom agentic tooling, establishing shared design principles, or turning research into structured knowledge bases, my focus is removing friction so teams build the right things with consistency.
